✓ 5 years (certification on the fixed internal system)
✓ 1 year external fittings (switches & sockets)
* These guarantees are subject to a yearly inspection. The yearly inspection is chargeable and includes checking the exterior cladding: checking and cleaning the gutters; checking the door and window hardware and lubricating seals; and the area around the base of your garden room.
Also, these guarantees are for the materials and do not cover wear & tear. So if, after our initial snagging visit, for instance, at a later date, a door starts not shutting or opening easily (after repeated use or even mis-use), then this will be due to wear & tear. And this needs to be remedied by you or a local professional.
